    Our marketing strategist, lover of all things social media and email marketing with a passion for dreaming up and generating creative content.

    Lauren’s all about making marketing fun (yes she believes it is!) and helping small businesses elevate their presence online in a simple, stylish and strategic way.

    Lauren has a degree in Marketing & Communications and has worked in a the corporate world in marketing for a number of industries from retail and sales to hospitality and tourism for close to 10 years.

    Outside of work, Lauren is big on balanced living, believes fairy lights are not just for Christmas and embraces dog hair as part of her decor!

    Jess is our graphic designer and website design whiz with an obsession for systemising & simplifying everything she comes across!

    With a unique skill and love for interpreting dreams and goals into a gorgeous presentation of identity - Jess has been creating visual marketing magic for small businesses for over 18 years.

    Armed with an Advanced Diploma in Advertising & Graphic Design, Jess has worked in a number of design and marketing agencies and freelance businesses before launching Cohere Creative.

    Now, a mother of two, you’ll catch Jess every Saturday morning at the local 5km Parkrun and perfecting her school morning ‘drop and run’ skills to get back to her coffee machine asap!
